Ninglu was founded in 2000 with the joint investment
of the Norway's company Skipper and Nanjing Haitian
Ninglu Electronics Co. developping accurate instruments
designed to measure and display the speed, depth,
position, wind, weather, etc ... of a commercial vessel,
a sailboat or fishing boat. Ninglu instruments are
distributed in Europe by SKIPPER Electronics AS
in Oslo Norway.
