* The sMRT ALERT AIS DSC man overboard beacon is
a device combining AIS and VHF DSC in one unit with
automatic water activation, audible and visual indicators
and the sMRT beacon management mobile app delivering
a Class-M compliant alerting and locating solution.
* Once armed the device is designed to activate
automatically in the event of a Man Overboard incident
The sMRT AU10-HT transmits a 121.5MHz alert and homing
signal. Once a GPS position is acquired AIS
location information is updated continuously.
* The sMRT V100 & the sMRT V100X transmit a distress
alert and position update via a combination of AIS
and VHF DSC technologies and provides the best chance
of survival in the event of a man overboard situation.
